There is no shareholder revolt.
Basically it is a revolt of ALL "the good guys"/the backbone of the company against the top 2 + perhaps a coiple other shareholders with not so noble motives.
I think the good guys will soon be back to run the company after their demands are met, otherwise Pudu will face the loss of its investment.
