There is an understandable tendency to look for the worst case scenario with FAR but if that announcement was delivered by a different company then many wouldn't even blink.

My wife tried to get someone from the bank to call her this week. Took 3 phone calls and 2 trips to the bank to get a response. Probably just as bad getting a quote out of a Tradie.

If we keep getting delays then yes, not a good look and they better provide a better explanation.

Just my opinion though.

Perhaps I am suffering from the boy that cried wolf scenario.
Never know what to believe any more regarding FAR management.
