I generally agree, but did not like the way the trading update was disclosed in the last update. It read to me that H2 was about the same as H1 but this took a bit of effort. The estimate could have been given much clearer, which may have had a different market reaction. Also including the takeover plans in the same document did not seem to be supportive of share price to me. Perhaps it needed to be that way?
Also there has been no explanation of shareholder options from the Board. I have gotten far more from HC posts than communications from the company. Silence is not acceptable in these types of circumstances.
The valuation report was not appropriate for my circumstances and looks very cheap to me.
