TAKEOVER: PLE: Takeover Offer - Clarification

We refer to the announcement released this morning advising the independent
directors' recommendation for the takeover offer made by Buller Electricity
Limited.
It has come to Pulse's attention that there was an error in the stated
valuation range for the Pulse MCNs in that announcement.
The valuation range that has been provided by Campbell Macpherson for the
Pulse MCNs is $1.11 - $1.15.
The cover announcement this morning incorrectly referred to this range as
being $1.11 -$1.115.
