The owner of those 200,000 shares purchased would become eligible to receive
their entitlement to purchase an additional 3 shares for every 5 shares held
at 4 cents per share-being the 120,000 before mentioned..

Can't tell you what ABU's shares are worth, any share is only worth what some one
is willing to sell them for & what a potential purchaser is willing to pay.
I can tell you ABU shares have been heavily sold off in recent months,
are they oversold? the market will decide-there is a dues'y of a stoush brewing-ongoing
between our two largest share holders, whom are deploying different tactics in there endeavour to have the upper hand, the outcome of this is still unknown as its ongoing
& could be beneficial to share holders, it does not mean it will be.

Thanks salt for your reply I was looking at adding @ under 4c but all this in house fighting over control has pushed sp higher so now I think I will wait for my entitlement & see how this plays out. Thanks again for info & really hope it all sorts itself out for the benefit of shareholders. Ps no disrespect for trying to get under 4c to shareholders just thought that's were it was heading
