Just a reminder to all those hoping to make some fast money in the SPP by selling on market and buying back cheaper at $1, TLG state the following in their "Share Purchase Plan" ASX release of 6 Nov 2023 :
"...In conducting any scale back, the Board may take into account a number of factors including the extent to which the applicant has sold or purchased Shares since the Record Date. This means that the Company may reject certain applications, in whole or in part."
