itt the SPP would be reduced. In ASX continuios disclosure requirement, SPP is filled the company needs to make an announcement about their intentions, as this is material to the SP.
ie reduce the allocation and keep the SPP open, close the SPP early or if applicable increase the shares on offer (the last bit would have to have been stated in the original SPP documentation)
Hence unless there was mad rush on friday, this SPP is underscribed and you will get full allocation
