only danger being an early negotiated settlement , the timeliens of last hearing on annulment has , unfortunately, given the GOT another opportunity to negotiate.

but i think the very best discount on offer would be 10%.

my bet is GOT will be trying to get the payout under 100m but i dont think BB will , or should accept that big a discount.

if she does, then 12 to 15c would be my expectation.

still, fantastic upside from 7.5 to 8c range for what really is an incredibly low risk outcome now, especially in light of the 1.1bn world bank funding.... dont underestimate how significant that is in the odds of IDA getting paid.

my view only, but it could very well be a condition of the funding that GOT make good on its obligations, i.e. any claims.
