Many broker valuations well above 20c also noted that their valuations assume no issues with permits. OZL know it took Jaguar ages with Centro and they got nowhere and flicked it off to Avb who inturn have not done much better either and still await permission to mine.

Next week would be a perfect time for AVB to ann Centro permissions............
