ASX rules give 2 days to provide a substantial holder notice. But there are no penalties for being late, other than a slap on the wrist So MIN could be just be playing it slow at this stage....
On the other hand, surely it's in their interest to show the market that people are taking up the offer? To suggest that the offer is a good one?
So IMO very few takers at this stage
