I dont mind being Wyloo shareholder rather than the current mgmt. Wyloo knows current SP is bargain, as they will be able to fix all issues within 12 months if any exists which i doubt. Current mgmt thinking they will be able to continue under new owner but i doubt.
Only concern is compulsory acquisition after 90%. Holding tight to become Wyloo shareholder. GLTAH
