Really interesting strategic move.

Firstly let's talk money. It's a few weeks worth of pocket money for TLX and a bit of dilution. And of course, if you've persuaded the company being acquired to accept equity, it only works if everyone believes those shares are going up.

So this is supposed to fit in with the company's interests in Ga and Ac. But I thought the comments about 64-Cu were interesting. You could imagine that someone like CU6 might have wanted to get involved. But they've only got ~$25m in the bank so that's not going to happen, eh?

I couldn't help but feel that the comments about there being no mass 64-Cu manufacturing capability in the US were.... pointed.

Years ago I remember being worried that the company direction heralded by buying Seneffe was a bit risky. But they seem to be pulling that off. Occasionally, posters here (including me) like indulging in the fantasy of TLX becoming the next CSL. There are occasional moments, though, where you see glimpses in the distance and think... well maybe it's not completely farfetched....
