I don't now how the whole anti-competitive thing works in this space. After all the whole point of patents is they give you a monopoly.

I was thinking more that if TLX is the best source of an isotope another company wants, then TLX could act as supplier, or go into some sort of partnership/ manufacturing arrangement.

It's clear that working out your manufacturing/ supply chain issues is a major, major part of getting to market. If you get it wrong, it can hamper getting approvals and just slow things down a lot. I've just seen it happen with another company today!

So what if, rather than go through all the hassle, it's easier to partner or get taken out by a company that can do that?

Like I said years ago, I don't think CB wants to be bought out by Big Pharma, I think he wants to become Big Pharma.
