That piece of land was just to keep them on the asx jiska, and give them the ability to raise money for an acquisition, otherwise they would not be on asx and duo would not exist.
Credit to PW for keeping this stock alive but it is another CR tool for him, what troubles me is he didn't buy himself even though shareholders voted for the directors to put in 50k each when they raised money.
So imo if they are not willing to put in, I'm not putting in anymore, if I see directors buying, I might think about it.
If they don't want to risk their 50k why should I?
