Two divisions SITE On-Line Learning and the TESOL Asia divisions at Clark ceased operating quite sometime ago (2021) but no announcement was made. It was said the British GM of TESOL Asia division intentionally defrauded global academics in April 2021 - some global academics who sought return of their money were lodging complaints with the ACCC. The UBIDY division still runs a large successful operation inside Clark facility.
