I guess it's a positive that they still have 'reasonable' exposure to any upside on Clark, but it does leave them in a precarious cash situation unless they can negotiate a quick sale.....and if they are in a position to do that, then this whole arrangement seems very opportunistic at the expense of SIT shareholders (although not sure what alternatives they have given their cashflow situation now)

I wonder if EGP are still shareholders (if they were, I would have expected them to be part of the investors group)
