I recently got stopped out at $98.80, of 300 BKL and didn't take spread into account - expensive error. Now I'm using $95. The HFTs will attempt to spike down and take every one's stops to gain some liquidity before buying up to their limit.
The UK labour party is intending to bring in a new tax for Bond and derivatives to make it more expensive to use high freq trading.
