Not sure I'd be reading too much into that reporting. Suspect it is just a journo that is relatively new to reporting on publicly listed biotech companies including the boilerplate language on risks into their story. it's not wrong per se, just a bit unusual. But is not to my mind indicative of a higher level of risk. Stand to be corrected if this language has altered to reflect higher risk levels in this quarterly but I doubt it - not least because the CR has lowered these risks.
Not sure I'd be reading too much into that reporting....
