Hindsight is a wonderful thing, TMT were right a few years ago with the idea to fund the Vanadium with a 7 year Iron ore mine. Now they are stuck with an unfunded mine if they don't merge. As good as the Vanadium asset is, if you cant find the money to dig it up then its completely useless to us. The merger is all about living to fight for another day and the merger maybe the only way to make a dollar on your investment. Maybe iron ore is their only option if the merger fails????
