There are also a couple of suspicious accounts on hotcopper who appear to be in alignment with the recent price manipulation. I think a summary and analyse of their most suspicious posts could be of value as these are the likely culprits. Not sure of the panels powers but they need to access stock trading records and compare this to the trading behavior of the people behind these accounts. If it isnt the panel then maybe it's a different regulator
