This is what I got from the broker:

Given the Brexit result last Friday the Lead Manager, acting in the best interests of placement participants, has negotiated with the board of Pioneer Resources a lower placement price in respect of the above.

The placement price has been agreed to change to 3.6c (previously 4c). The previous timetable will remain.As a result of this amendment, you have been allocated more shares.

No action is required by you in this regard however, we attach an amended offer letter for your records.

There are millions of shares imbedded in that 4 to 3,6 gap and if that extra dilution did not need to happen ... then it shouldn't have IMO

If I was holding .. I would be hitting the company and the broker(s) with an unequivocal WTF? ...
