Because I've never seen a cap raise with the heading ... "We need more money because we have run out, we have found nothing in this patch of dirt and we have no plan going forward."
They have gold in the ground and they need a fresh injection of funds to find out how much is there exactly. They have been drilling and they will want more money to extend current works and fund future progress.
All speculation on my part and I have been wrong plenty of times before but I'm backing my guess on this one
