Sophs win again. What makes them so special? Anyone would think their money is superior. Their shares are not escrowed so are in a good position to dump out quickly. Some of us have fronted up 6 figure sums to support the Company. Why not release a good announcement, let the price rise and offer the new shares to normal investors who have already taken a risk and have less dilution overall. Having said that, we don't know whether the raising is going to sophs and we don't know the issue price, so we will get to see how good these guys are.
