It is called timing and seems these blokes overspent the budget which is normal for penny stock and junior miners. Oh wait they say they are the biggest and best Silver mining company in the world. We also know they will not mine but sell out in the future and this is just a pump and dump. We all know that one also. Merry Christmas.
