    In view of the debacle that has unfolded at Cokal over the last few years, I can't pay too much credence to the tacit assumption that management probably have everything under control.

    They might.

    But they also may very well not. Like the duck on the pond...everything might look calm on the surface but underneath there could be some furious paddling going on to stay afloat. We simply do not know - especially in the absence of ANY NEWS from Cokal (par for the course, really).
