Hmm, dunno about this. A CR at these price levels is bonkers, even if for acquiring something. Then you have the company saying it is looking at improving margins/profitability this FY, missing that in Q1, then going on acquiring further with more overheads before proven track record of profits.
I guess it depends on what it is and if it was too good to refuse, but I'm skeptical.
