Tend to think most people here are being very optimistic about the strike price.
My take on this raising is that the use of "potential" in the announcement relates to a take it or leave it option from a potential buyer. And, that the strike price is likely to be closer to .50c, representing a 15% discount on the last month's closing prices. My experience over the years suggests a large discount is agreed to by companies short on sufficient cash as they try to grow the business.
Hope I am wrong, but will likely buy more if that is the case and shares are made available to retail investors.
