I would assume there are now at least 2,000 shareholders (~1,300 prior to $1 cap raise, re: 2019 annual report) and 5,000,000 shares ($3,000,000 / 0.60 cents) on offer. If half suffer from indifference (a big if), then that on average, that would mean 5,000 shares per applicant (the medium would be lower)
Increase the amount of shareholders to 2,500 and the amount of applicants to 66% and the average falls to 3,333 shares.
