Trading Halt Request
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Pantoro Limited (ASXNR, the Company)
requests the granting of a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect pending an
announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement
of trading on Friday, 7 August 2020 and such time as it makes a market announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any
other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
