Perhaps Ken is buying the assets.
Then PLS will be holding the the upper hand with supply to china, they won't be shipping unless price is more favorable.
Previously Gangfeng has been able to use Altura as bargaining against PLS.
Could also use Altura to supply POSCO, which creates further negotiating power against China.
This is going to be interesting. Perhaps CR from POSCO?
Still not sure it's worth it when PLS can just upgrade own site but lets wait and see what Ken can pull out.
