agreed, neither here nor there, but don’t think it makes much sense. Waste of management time and energy.
doesn’t change market cap, won’t affect liquidity, so no effect on index inclusion which is something I’m sure management would like to push the share price up and give them more options (debt as well as equity) for the restart
