frustrating raise from both WRM and AUL. makes sense to me that AUL would follow suit otherwise the additional WRM shares in their register would dilute the value of the AUL 0.78 offer from WRM. WRM raises, AUL has to match the raise with their own to maintain parity pre merger. a bit more cash in the bank will help AULs bargaining power. will be a cashed up company post merger if it still goes ahead...
