This is the most positive action I have seen from Helix in about 10 years and as a long-term holder, I am all for it. Previously, cap raising was down at fire-sale levels. In addition to this, the volumes of shares traded are more than I have ever seen, so I am very comfortable with the new management and what they are delivering.
