"Without screwing retail"?..retail are their bread and butter.. cap raises are paid for by retail imo..there is some form of derivative trading going on in CRs like shorting ( but not shorting its something else) before they receive the stock..its just a simple form of money laundering imo..its even more obvious if they`re asking for free attached options in the deal they've sold off the stock and get to free carry the options .retail takes all the risk instos and sophs get a risk free carry..imo...lets see if any participants in the CR identify themselves afterwards.. I`d bet not.
