Merchant Fund in my opinion is solid.
Next Investors do pick high spec stocks but in my opinion a good record of choosing companies with a good resource, business or idea. I personally don't consider them a pump and dump.
Big question for me is "Are ALA going to close the SPP at 1.5M or are we going to see everyone get their fill and then dump some on the market to take advantage of the current stock price (with the stock price now over 5c)" I am really hoping they stop at the 1.5M and then raise again at a later point when they are closer to trials starting etc.
