I wouldn't be surprised if Sherritt is the party for this placement.
It would be beneficial if the driller is included in this monster find
as there will be plenty of drilling ahead on the whole Block 9.
It won't be a US major, so the Canadians have a long relationship with Cuba.
Their CEO has just paid a visit to Cuba to and they are looking to furthering
this relationship.
