when we are talking billions a few mil is 0.1 or 0.2%... nothing...
the original bidder knows of the 2nd bid... so they will increase [ and they know how the game goes... its always how this was going to happen... no one in their right mind thought this was only worth $4.50 a share... but the auction has to start somewhere.... ]
i suspect they would offer $5.10 or something just above... and leave it for the step by step increases from here...
my expected end is $5.50 to $6 as previously posted many time.... only time will tell of course
