Or it could mean they couldn’t find a fund manager stupid enough to give them cash like the last one did for $20mill and then saw it magically vanish. I don’t think it means much either way except prepare yourself for a huge pump and dump if it’s his friends. Wouldn’t want to be holding the short end of the stick when that happens.
