I'd say the CR had been in the works for a little while and they had to go into a halt when for some reason traders jumped in today . After ignoring the announcement the previous day.

People had read this completely wrong. As if companies these days pull a raise out of nowhere because they think it's going higher. In a dog of a market. It's a lot harder to raise money now. Hopefully it goes to sticky hands. Obviously they will see value.

Having said that they're building a reasonable company here ,growing existing resources with the famous Mariano Brothers on board next door to the biggest and only operating REE mine in the USA.

I've been in this stock for a long time. Steve has done an outstanding job to pull all this together and maybe I've been here too long to see how substantial it's becoming.
