    Black Rock is top shareholder of Coles and Woolworths. Does that mean these two are not competitors? Vanguard have shares in pretty much all precious metal/gold miners. Does that mean two miners won’t compete for a project because they have the same ownership?

    You need to figure out what Black Rock and Vanguard do first.
