I actually do not think positive about this trading halt. As I wrote some days before: Why does everything take so much time? Why arn't we able to get a faster process? A CR at this level would be a worth deal in any way. I really hope they have good arguments for this. I am in for 4 years now and really do not trust in the shareholder value the management is doing. I bought low and have a good profit so far, but other companies made tons of bucks more for me in this time. If I'm honest, I am waiting for the great announcements the whole year, to sell my shares with a good profit.
