Personally, I was expecting the bond issuer to demand almost double the equity that Cyprium will be raising this time. I am stoked with the small size of the minimum funds required to finalise the bond. The wait was worth it IMO. Think about this in terms of the entire funding package.

A$20m (equity)/A$196m (secured bond) + A$49m (secured off-take) = A$265m.
7.5% equity/92.5% debt.

Yes, folks. This junior minnow capped at circa A$100m is about to raise 2-3 times its MC and with the majority via debt.
