If it is what a horrible way to do a raise, most other companies would have the foresight to release the news of bonds being finalised contingent on the equity raise. At least that way the share price would rise.

Instead what do we have?



Doesn't sound like they have even decided who to go with and they are talking to multiple debt parties, that doesn't sound like a done deal to me.
