I think it will be a small CR, perhaps $600k @ 3 cents for 20million shares.
Just to get us through the hump.
If its any larger, say 10% plus it would be to introduce a third party that want's to have a crack at Degrussa and use Horseshoe Lights as the feed and possibly the vehicle.
