What happens if there worse than expected outcome to the dispute? Just covering all bases. Of course full amount would be nice but as you say even if, when will it be in the stables?
The trouble with CR's is obvious but more concerning is the promises of no more dilution and yet here is another for $3mill at 3.4c. That sucks especially with all the delays except in the wages department.
