I was expecting a rights issue. But overall pretty happy with the raise. Nobody is being screwed over. Except retail just a bit. But who wants finicky retail on the register anyway hahah
capital structure is still in good health. Really really good to see that no predatory options were issued.
not sure if your comment about "no one missing out" is 100% valid. Fact is that Insto's bought at a discount to market SP and retail didn't. I did buy in at 15-16cents but was hoping to fill my position at the next CR which would cement a new floor to the SP. I certainly feel and know i missed out.
Lassonde curve suggests there will be cheaper buying opportunities later but i doubt it. There will be new eyes on the business and more buyers soon imo.
