Additionally to the fair point you raise, imo if we get some assays this Friday or before, it means that they were due and soon to be released. The fact that the asx specifically requested these assays suggests, at least superficially, that they came into contact with some information in regards to them which shouldn’t have been available. The trading halt being applied before a disorderly market could develop further.
Let’s hope that’s the end of it with no sting in the tail from the asx and Friday is a good one.
