Yes it looks like a stuff up from AW1 or ASX technically speaking. Unless of course it's not material then maybe ok.
BAY is probably in the clear.
But i suppose Because of that technical mistake if it was a mistake that is. BAY is ok, even though they both possess material information which could affect or influence the SP.
Im presuming Dave did tell Tom Lol.
So a win for BAY providing It's positive news that is.
