you can announce news to the market without a trading halt though, a trading halt imo indicates we are planning on replying to the correspondence and stay in suspension whilst this is on going, not something you would do if it was good news
not really sure what the point of coming out of suspension was except maybe give insiders a chance to exit
I'd say if we aren't out of trading halt Monday morning we are going into suspension again Tuesday
