The last time ATR went into a trading halt for a "material capital raising transaction" was 13/10/2022, before announcing $5m placement and the SPP on 17/10/22.
My fingers are crossed that this CR will include a solution to the financing of the Donald project, and not just amount to another short term fillup to keep the wheels turning. The 3Q/23 cashflow statement looked pretty dire with only $1.9m in the bank and the Yingkou MS plant continuing to be a drain on group cashflows and looking like it will continue to be negative for this quarter as they wait for feedstock to be delivered.
